Aurok signs Hampshire based Martyn Bennett for ‘03 Clio Championship

Aurok Motorsport has signed Martyn Bennett to drive in the 2003 series of the Elf Renaultsport Clio Championship. Aurok will mount a three car challenge for the Clio Championship which is part of the prestigious TOCA tour which also promotes the British Touring Car Championship.

Martyn, aged 22, lives in Basingstoke and has had a distinguished driving career on the racing kart circuit. He started in the 100cc Junior TKM class and then moved up to Senior TKM at the age of 16. He came third in two club classes in 2000 and graduated to 125cc gearbox karts last year. Martyn has also been racing at endurance meetings for three years for the official team of a major highstreet supermarket chain.

Based near Alton in Hampshire Aurok Motorsport is a division of Aurok Ltd, the leading engineering and development services company for the motor racing industry.
