	With 43 cars taking part in the first action of the year at Brands Hatch, only 32 of those drivers could battle it out in the championship points scoring race on Sunday where a returnee to the series took the victory. Ed Pead was rarely threatened in the race but the fight for the places behind him was intense. It looks as though the Clio Cup will be one of THE championships to watch this season.
